At a meeting of the Management Committee on Thursday 17th April. It was decided that all League matches due to be played on the 17th May (FA Cup Final day) must be played on that day.

Clubs are reminded that any team failing to honour its fixture on that day, other than for the weather, will incur a penalty as per Rule H.1.

 CONGRATULATIONS   once again to ALDERSHOT who have now won the title for 10 consecutive years which is no mean feat. There is no doubt that the standard of the teams entering the quiz has vastly improved and when looking at the difference in number of points between the winner and the others they are hot on the heels of Aldershot.

It is planned at one of the presentations evenings to present to Aldershot a replica of the ROSE BOWL Trophy for them to keep in acknowledgement of their efforts of the past 10 years.

 I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the Clubs for the use of their premises as a venue and bar staff. All the quizmasters and Dave Slowgrove for setting such a challenging and varied SPORTS QUIZ, also the sandwich Lady.
